Ekatha Maldives is managed and owned by its pioneer Moosa Latheef, a skilled craftsman specialising in stainless steel metal works with over 35 years of experience.
As one of the earliest pioneers of the trade in Maldives, he is well respected and know the both locally and regionally as a professional master craftsman, whose services are sought by both government and private sector.
Moosa Latheef comes from a long line of artisans and craftsmen in the Maldives. His father Mohamed Hussain hails from the southern ‘Huvadhu Atoll’ and is himself is a master craftsman.
As an innovator and leader in the trade Mohamed Hussain has trained and supported successive generations to become budding entrepreneurs in the industry. His work is well know, and his son *Moosa Latheef*, though ‘Ekatha Maldives’ continues till today, training and encouraging the younger generation to be in the trade.
